Introduction Welcome to La Loba & Lunara, a fully inclusive and sacred coven dedicated to spiritual growth, integrity, and the responsible practice of magick. We embrace members of all genders, sexualities, and ages who wish to walk the path of magick and community. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) exist to protect the sanctity of our circle and uphold the values that define our coven. By joining or participating in our gatherings, you agree to honor these principles. 2. Core Coven Values Upon joining La Loba & Lunara, there are a few expectations that help maintain our spiritual integrity. These guidelines are not meant to restrict anyone—they exist to preserve the strength of the coven, honor our path, and ensure that our magick is used responsibly and for the greater good. Use magick with intention, integrity, and awareness of its impact. Practices involving banishing or returning negative energy can be performed, but we encourage you to consult with the coven first. There is often a gentler, wiser approach. Your karma matters, and mindful decision-making is a central part of our practice. La Loba & Lunara does not practice naked magic or sexual magic. All rituals and spellwork are performed fully clothed, with respect for personal boundaries and the sacredness of the circle. La Loba & Lunara is not a dating site or social area for romantic/sexual purposes. Members must respect the purpose of the coven as a spiritual and magickal community. 3. Sacred Secrecy & Confidentiality All members must uphold the code of silence and sacred secrecy. What is shared within the coven or circle stays within the coven or circle. No personal stories, rituals, spellwork, or private experiences may be shared outside the coven without explicit permission. This trust protects every member and preserves the sacredness of our practice. 4. Ritual Participation Members are encouraged to participate in: Sabbats Full Moon ceremonies Seasonal rites and significant workings Participation “where possible” is encouraged to honor the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year and strengthen our collective magick. 5. Conduct, Inclusivity & Community Care La Loba & Lunara is inclusive and supportive. We do not compete; we uplift one another and honor each member’s unique journey. All members agree to: Treat each other with kindness, respect, and compassion Support rather than judge Celebrate growth and achievements Guide one another with humility, wisdom, and love We will not tolerate: Racism, homophobia, transphobia, or other extreme/offensive views Passing comment, judgment, or criticism (whether ill-intended or not) against other members Inappropriate questioning about a member’s personal life or choices Physical contact is not allowed unless discussed and explicitly requested by both parties. Respecting differences, boundaries, and inclusivity is central to our covenant. 6. Ethical Use of Magick Magick is both a gift and a responsibility. Members agree to: Avoid misusing or weaponizing magick Consider all spellwork carefully and consciously Seek guidance from the coven when uncertain Honor the balance of energy, intention, and outcome All rituals are conducted with integrity. Naked rituals or sexual magick are not part of our practice. Our power is meant to heal, protect, and support, not exploit or harm. 7. Contribution to the Coven Every member is encouraged to contribute to the growth of La Loba & Lunara by bringing: Knowledge Creativity Heart Ideas Skills Our covenant is strengthened by the gifts, perspectives, and energy of all members. 8. Safety, Consent & Responsibility Consent is required for any touch, energy exchange, or partnered ritual work. Members should communicate boundaries or limitations clearly. Substances or behaviors that impair safety or clarity are not permitted during rituals. La Loba & Lunara endeavors to ensure the safety and comfort of all members, including all males, females, and non-binary members. The well-being of the covenant is a shared responsibility. 9. Protection of Coven Materials All spells, rituals, teachings, documents, and knowledge shared within La Loba & Lunara: Belong to the coven May not be shared, posted, or taught outside the coven without explicit permission This preserves the sacredness and integrity of our collective practice. 10. Grounds for Removal A member may be asked to leave the coven for: Breach of sacred secrecy Harassment, bullying, or harming another member Misuse of magick Endangering the covenant or disrupting its harmony Repeated disregard for coven values, boundaries, or inclusivity La Loba & Lunara is a sanctuary — and must remain safe, supportive, and respectful for all members. 11. Agreement By joining La Loba & Lunara, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to uphold these Terms & Conditions and the sacred rules of our fully inclusive covenant.
