5.2 When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

8.3 For these reasons, La Loba & Lunara does not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds, except where required by applicable consumer laws.

If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet legal standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or relevant EU law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-performance, or refund as required by statute.
